Ana Jacques, Business Operations Manager

Ana leads, develops and directs the business operations of STA Laboratories. In this role, she is responsible for the following corporate-wide functions: accounting and finance, administration, human resources, purchasing, information technology, facilities, quality assurance document control, and health and safety. Her team works with clients throughout a project lifecycle, from initial inquiry and sample in-take, to document control and invoicing at project completion.

Before joining STA Laboratories, Ana was the Accounting Services Manager at Bolder Staffing in Boulder, CO, where she managed the accounting department and maintained its accounting processes including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Prior, she worked in Customer Service for Amrion, Inc., developers and marketers of nutritional supplements. There, Ana was responsible for handling and problem-solving customer returns and data entry processing.

Ana received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Catolica de Santa Maria in Peru. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), International Association for Human Resources Management (IHRM), American Accounting, American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, and the Longmont Area Economic Council (LAEC).
