Pricing and Payment

See current BIOREBA AG catalog for list prices on all reagents and products. Fees for services and products are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon receipt of the STA invoice. Service charges will be applied to invoice statements over 30 days past due. STA Laboratories accepts MasterCard and VISA. Note: bank charges must be paid by the customer. We may request prepayment against proforma invoice for direct shipments or payment against letter of credit or cash against documents.

Shipping Information

To ensure quick and secure delivery, all reagents will ship to you by FedEx overnight services. All equipment will ship to you by UPS Ground Freight services within 3-5 business days.

Reagents and other products are shipped at ambient temperature. Please refer to shipping documents for reagent and other product storage after receipt. Generally, all reagents and other products must be kept at 4°C for long term storage. If you have special shipping requirements, please provide specific instructions.

Guarantee

BIOREBA AG guarantees its reagents and products to meet the specifications described on the product datasheet, which is included in each shipment. As Distributor for BIOREBA AG products, STA makes no guarantee, expressed, written or implied.

All BIOREBA AG products are for laboratory use only. They are not be used for human or animal applications. If permission to handle the products is required by local authorities, then it is the responsibility of the customer to receive such a permit.

The purchaser and user acknowledge that their exclusive and sole remedy for any loss as a result of any BIOREBA AG reagent, product or equipment distributed by STA is for the amount paid. Except as stated above, STA makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, for BIOREBA AG products. STA and the purchaser and user acknowledge this is a commercial transaction and that STA shall not be liable to the purchaser and user, or any other person, for incidental or consequential damages.

Returns

Please notify STA Laboratories within 72 hours of receipt of the goods, of any damage, loss, or failure to meet product specifications. If a product fails to perform as expected, when used according to standard procedures, then please contact STA at info@stalabs.com or 408-846-9964. All returns must be authorized prior to returning material.
